Refund policy

Net 30 Orders

  • All sales made through the Net 30 program are final and non-refundable.

  • If there is a valid issue with your purchase, you may request an exchange for merchandise credit, subject to approval.

  • Merchandise credit can only be used for future product purchases. It cannot be applied toward membership fees or past-due invoices.

Regular Purchases (Non–Net 30 Orders)

  • Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Requests for returns must be submitted within this 14-day window to qualify.

  • Refunds or exchanges are subject to approval and may be credited according to the original payment method or as store credit.

Print Products (Apparel, Canvas, etc.)
Returns and refunds are accepted only if the item is misprinted, defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item or 14 days after the estimated delivery date if the item was lost in transit.

Skincare Products
Skincare items are not eligible returns or refunds unless there is a quality issue. If your item is defective or poorly made, contact us for review.

Crochet Items
Crochet items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a quality issue. If your item is defective or poorly made, contact us for review.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at customer_support@violapanther.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions, including where to send the item.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received a refund, contact us.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

All returns are subject to item condition and reason for return.
