Account Terms
-
This is a Net 30 account, meaning full payment of any invoiced amount is due within 30 calendar days
-
Failure to pay within this period will result in late fees, suspension of the Net 30 account, and suspension of the ability to enter new Net 30 agreements.
-
No late or interest charges apply to the annual membership fee; however, failure to pay it within 30 days will result in automatic suspension of the membership and termination of Net 30 credit privileges.
-
Continued delinquency may result in collection efforts through a third-party agency, up to and including legal action and judgments. Accounts more than 60 days past due may be referred to a third-party collection agency.
- Your first order must be at least $96; all future orders must be over $50.

Return Policy
All sales under the Net 30 program are final. Viola Panther LLC does not offer refunds. If there is an issue with a purchase, eligible returns may be exchanged for merchandise credit only, subject to approval. Credit cannot be applied toward membership fees or past due balances.
